"As Long As You're With Me" featuring Andrew Belle - Out

Hallelujah. Been waiting on the day that I could say “As Long As You’re With Me” featuring my good friend Andrew Belle is out. A little BTS: The amazing @itscarriek came by my writing studio at Milkglass & we worked on pieces of this song together in early 2021. I kept chiseling away & reworked sections over a couple of months which finally became the song “As Long As You’re With Me.”

Production guru @chadcopelin recorded pieces in Norman & Nashville w/ a live band. It’s a spiritual song of sorts, hitting on the relentless hope & quiet “ok” you have with your higher power or any chosen companion walking alongside you. It’s really just about stopping and noticing the strength we give and get from each other. I asked my friend and fellow artist @andrewbelle to feature on it. Besides having one of my all time favorite vocals, we’ve had many talks on the topic.
